General Terms

  • Any complaints and queries contact or write us.
  • The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.
  • The Ticket booked is not transferable.
  • Please carry a valid photo id while traveling.
  • Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
  • The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
  • Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
  • Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
  • Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
  • Management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage, baggage, or other personal belongings left inside the bus or office.
  • The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change, or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason, and to change the seating arrangement in case of emergency.
  • Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for late passengers.
  • Smoking, drugs, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the coach and inside any of our office premises
  • Any passenger found using the above substances or disturbing co-passengers or our staff will be alighted from the coach and handed over to the nearest highway patrol or police station
  • Changes to the date or time of a booking made on our website or mobile app can be made if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch
  • Pets and animals are not allowed inside the bus during the journey
  • Any passenger disturbing co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
  • Seats will be confirmed only after successful payment (subject to seat availability).
  • Children above 5 years must have a full ticket. Children without a ticket will not be allowed to board the bus (age proof required).
  • No refunds will be issued for partial payments or in the case of pre, post, or open tickets.
  • If the booked coach is cancelled or changed, different seats may be allotted on the same or an alternative coach.
  • Any male passenger who books a ticket as female to occupy an adjacent female seat will be removed from the bus without any consideration, and no refund will be given.
  • Any indecent activities or behavior will not be tolerated. Passengers found engaging in such behavior will be removed from the bus without any consideration, and no refund will be given.
  • Carrying fireworks or crackers is prohibited. Passengers found carrying them will not be allowed to board the bus, and the ticket amount will not be refunded.
Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation has per cancellation policy of respective ticket.
  • Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
  • Partial cancellations will be refunded immediately
  • It Is Rights of RSN Travels To Change Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To Notice
  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only, In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
  • On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 3 To 10 working days in source payment.
  • Ticket once transferred cannot transferred or cancelled again.
